Reservations
We recommend that you schedule ahead of time. Please check with scheduling on our next available appointment as we book out for weeks ahead on certain times of the year. Sometimes you'll be able to get right away.
Appointment Policy
After 2 Subsequent cancellations, moved or missed appointments, rescheduling will necessitate a $50 deposit for the 3rd booking. This deposit acts as a commitment to your appointment and will be fully returned upon your punctual arrival; However, forfeiture of the deposit will occur should you miss, cancel, or request a postponement of your scheduled appointment. This policy helps us manage our resources effectively and ensures fairness to all our valued clients.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our tech, please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid cancelation charges. All HIFU appointments, treatment facials and advanced aesthetics do require a deposit at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
Spa Arrival
Please arrive on time as a courtesy to other appointments. ALL clients will need to fill out a Client Consent Form on each visit.
Payment Types
We accept Groupon vouchers, cash, debit cards, Zelle transfer, Venmo, cash app, apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover – with proper identification.
Relaxation
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please turn all cellular phones to vibrate mode while in the spa. Exceptions are for those with special request upon scheduling.
Under 18
All guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let us know if this is the case upon booking so we can accommodate the appointment.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, medications, or injuries when making your reservation. Intake forms must be updated with current contact and wellness information as well. Failure to disclose all relevant information renders you solely liable for any subsequent repercussions, and will make us absolved of any and all responsibility.
Cleanliness
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service.
Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not refund or offer exchanges on packages or gift certificates after they are used. Refunds are available on certificates if not used to the original buyer. Groupon purchases are refundable if your not a candidate for any treatment. Deposits are non-refundable. Product purchases can be exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase, for the amount of the purchase price.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificates are non-refundable and good for spa services only. Our gift certificates are valid for one year. Certificates may be used to purchase or be exchanged for other treatments. Pinky Promise Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates, the original buyer would have to contact us to reissue a new certificate or gift card. Gift certificates are non-refundable and not eligible for cash offers.
Right of Refusal
Pinky Promise Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any Inappropriate conduct or foul language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy, and we are committed to maintaining your security and confidentiality in the use of any private information you share with us. We do not disclose your information to any third party without your consent. Further, we do not sell, or allow the outside use of personal information from our database to anyone without your permission.
