During your consultation, we will discuss your goals and tailor a treatment plan that aligns with your needs. Once we have completed your consultation, you will be asked to relax on a comfortable treatment chair. After making sure the skin is clean, we apply a numbing cream in the area for approx. 20 minutes. As soon as the cream is wiped off, Injectable serum is injected in the areas needing for results. The serum consist of PLLA, HA, and other collagen builders. 

the cocktail serum is applied on the entire treatment area. The microneedling rf treatment begins as the applicator is placed on the target area little by little as a cluster of 36 fine needles penetrate into the skin microneedling the cocktail serum down into the skin at the desired depth of the required treatment. Using this method helps the seruym penetrate into the skin and help advance the healing process.

Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), is not a traditional filler that simply "plugs" a wrinkle. Instead, it is a biostimulator that works by triggering your body's natural regenerative processes to build volume from within. 

The Biological Mechanism of PLLA Once injected into the deep dermis or subcutaneous layer, PLLA undergoes a multi-stage process: 

1. Immediate (Temporary) Volumization: You will see an initial “lift” from the sterile water used to reconstitute the PLLA. This effect disappears within 2–3 days as the body absorbs the fluid, often leaving the face looking exactly as it did before.
2. Subclinical Inflammation: The PLLA microparticles (40–63 μm in diameter) act as a targeted "foreign body" that triggers a controlled, subclinical inflammatory response.
3. Fibroblast Activation: This mild inflammation recruits macrophages and fibroblasts to the site. The fibroblasts then begin to deposit new collagen fibers (primarily Type I and some Type III) around the PLLA particles.
4. Gradual Degradation & Replacement: Over 6–24 months, the PLLA microparticles slowly break down into lactic acid, which is eventually metabolized into water and carbon dioxide and expelled through the lungs.
5. Long-Term Structural Support: As the PLLA vanishes, it leaves behind a matrix of your own natural collagen. This creates long-lasting structural support and increased skin thickness that can persist for 2 years or more. 

• Week 1: Initial swelling subsides; PLLA particles are encapsulated by immune cells.
• Weeks 4–6: New collagen begins to form. This is typically when a second treatment session is performed to "stack" the results.
• Months 6–9: Peak collagen production is reached. Visible improvements in skin firmness, texture, and volume become significant.
